After the initial 1-2 days of adjustment, you shouldn't experience any issues. If you need to speak for a long period during a meeting, you can remove your Invisalign aligners for 1-2 hours.

You can clean your Invisalign aligners every morning and evening under lukewarm water using a toothbrush.
13Does smoking cause clear aligners to turn yellow?
If you smoke frequently, your clear aligners may yellow over time compared to someone who doesn't smoke. However, since you will be changing your Invisalign aligners every 15 days, this yellowing will not be excessive.
14Does treatment take less time with regular braces or with Invisalign (orthodontic treatment without braces)?
